In May 2025, Shandong Energy Group consolidated the former Yankuang Donghua Heavy Industry and the former Shanneng Equipment Group to establish Shandong Energy Equipment Manufacturing Group. Leveraging the full‑industrial‑chain strengths of Shandong Energy, it has built a robust industrial matrix with global reach.
Within Shandong Province, six industrial parks in Luxi, Zoucheng, Tai’an, Laiwu, Xintai and Ningyang operate in synergy. Outside the province, production bases have been set up in Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia. The Group oversees 14 wholly‑owned and holding subsidiaries. Its business portfolio covers manufacturing, maintenance and remanufacturing of complete sets of coal‑mine equipment, new‑energy equipment and environmental‑protection equipment.
