Developed the world's largest and performance-leading 50,0000kN vertical loading support reliability verification system with a test height of 10 meters, successfully filling the global technical gap in loading tests for large hydraulic supports exceeding 10 meters. A prototype of the ZY290000/45/100D shield hydraulic support has been independently developed to empower efficient and intelligent mining. The key performance indicators of the equipment have broken the industry limits, complying with European EN 1804 standards and Chinese national standards. It has completed 63,000 durability tests, achieving dual breakthroughs in high reliability and high efficiency. The world's first comprehensive production line for the one-time automatic assembly of hydraulic support structural parts has been built, serving as a milestone project for the high-end and intelligent transformation of the hydraulic support structural parts manufacturing industry with overall technologies reaching the internationally advanced level. Integrating four core technologies including automatic logistics, automatic inspection, digital twin and information-based management, the project realizes full-process intelligent control and establishes an intelligent production mode of intelligent workpiece control and intelligent process control, leading the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry.
