Technical Features: The 56X187 sprocket shaft assembly is designed for extra-long working faces and is the largest specification sprocket shaft assembly currently remanufactured by Benniu. It is suitable for the SGZ1100/4000 scraper conveyor, matching 56/131×187mm chains, supporting working faces up to 400 meters in length and a power rating of 4000kW. Ultra-wear-resistant sprockets are adopted in remanufacturing, with the sprocket pocket hardness ≥ HRC63, achieving a service life more than 2.5 times that of ordinary quenched sprockets. An automatic programming robot welding system is used in the welding process. Through the combined process of "overall enlargement of sprocket pockets + quenching + robotic equal-layer additive surfacing", the problems of "insufficient hardenability and low surfacing bonding strength" of large-size sprockets are solved, providing a feasible solution for high-performance remanufacturing of extra-large sprocket shaft assemblies. This process enables one-step forming of sprocket pockets, delivering a performance combination of "high hardness and high toughness". It reduces the replacement frequency of equipment during high-frequency operation in extra-long working faces, lowers the safety risks of downtime maintenance, and precisely adapts to extreme working conditions, providing key equipment support for continuous and stable production in extra-long working faces.
