Technical Features: The laser cladding technology for middle troughs adopts self-fluxing iron-based, nickel-based, cobalt-based and other high-hardness alloy materials to perform additive strengthening on parts such as the middle plate, bottom plate and channel side of the middle trough, so as to meet requirements including wear resistance. As an upgrade of traditional surface treatment technologies such as surfacing welding and spray welding, this technology can save material costs, improve the overall wear resistance of the middle trough and extend its service life. The cladding layer features strong bonding force, forms a metallurgical bond with the substrate, and is characterized by low dilution rate and dense structure, delivering wear-resistant performance. By selecting suitable wear-resistant alloy materials and adjusting process parameters, the technology boasts advantages such as good formability, high density and low cost, along with low heat generation and small welding stress. It can achieve a cladding layer thickness of ≥3.5mm with a hardness ranging from HRC55 to HRC63, and increases the service life by more than twice compared with the traditional surfacing process using wear-resistant welding wires.
