Based on existing remanufacturing technologies, which mainly include additive repair and anti-corrosion technologies, the company has achieved structural optimization and upgrading, as well as the upgrade from ordinary systems to automated control systems. It has fully implemented maximized non-destructive and efficient disassembly, avoiding damage to parts and components during the disassembly process, and improving efficiency by more than three times compared with traditional disassembly methods.
All remanufactured hydraulic supports are subjected to frame pressing tests using a 4000T CNC frame pressing test bench in accordance with new product standards before leaving the factory, with real-time frame pressing reports issued. Through a series of technical processes such as additive manufacturing to restore original dimensions, remanufactured hydraulic supports can meet the frame pressing standards of new products. The company is the first enterprise in China whose remanufactured supports meet the frame pressing standards of new machines.
