The ZY16000/23/43D shield hydraulic support was developed for the geological conditions of 3–4 meter coal seams in Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia. It is applied in the automated working face with LASC inertial navigation technology at Zhuanlongwan Coal Mine, realizing intelligent mining with an annual output of over 10 million tons in a single working face. This project won the First Prize of China Coal Industry Science and Technology Award.
The ZY20000/33.5/68D hydraulic support is used in Yingpanhao Coal Mine, with an optimized rib protection structure. It can meet the production capacity requirement of 12 million tons per year for the working face.
