Long-life sprocket with replaceable chain pockets
Technical Features: The long-service-life sprocket with replaceable chain pockets consists of a sprocket body and toothed blocks. The easily worn chain pocket parts of the toothed blocks adopt a modular structure, which can be replaced selectively according to wear conditions without replacing the entire sprocket shaft assembly or sprocket discs, thus improving maintenance efficiency. This sprocket can be replaced directly underground without extensive disassembly, assembly and hoisting, nor does it need to be lifted to the surface for overhaul, reducing safety risks. The sprocket body and toothed blocks are connected through conical surfaces, keyway positioning and bolt fastening, ensuring reliable connection with the connection stress meeting the maximum breaking load requirements of the chain. Underground, its single service life is more than 2.5 times that of ordinary sprocket shaft assemblies. Basically, only the toothed blocks need to be replaced instead of the sprocket shaft assembly, and the cost of a single replacement is only about 20% of the overall overhaul cost of the sprocket shaft assembly.
