Technical Features: The remanufacturing technology for the middle channel repairs the worn parts of the channel sides by cladding wear-resistant materials. High-strength imported wear-resistant plates such as HARDOX450 are selected for the middle plate, and high-strength welding wires (up to grade 80 kg) are used as welding materials. During repair, to stabilize the channel structure, welding tie bars are added to reinforce the channel body to prevent misalignment and deformation. The worn middle plate is removed by gas cutting, and process grooves are processed at the welding joints between the channel sides and the middle plate, followed by welding after preheating. Heat preservation is applied after welding to allow slow cooling to room temperature, and the repaired parts are inspected. Wear-resistant materials with different properties can be selected as needed to improve the wear resistance and service life of the middle channel. If components such as the middle plate and bottom plate are completely replaced, the performance of the middle channel can reach more than 95% of that of a new product, while the cost is only about 45% of the new product.
