Product Name: Composite Remanufacturing Technology for Middle Trough
Technical Features: The composite remanufacturing technology for the middle trough is developed to address the high maintenance cost of the middle trough, uneven wear at both ends and in the middle, and severe wear of the C-shaped channel. The overlapping joints at both ends are prone to wear during the pushing, pulling and bending of the middle trough. The severely worn parts within 500mm at both ends of the middle plate and bottom plate are replaced, with HARDOX450 steel plate selected as the base material; the C-shaped channel adopts a chain path profiling plate, the middle part adopts a large-area composite middle plate structure (using NM450 steel plate), and a bottom lining plate is welded at the lower part. A proper reference datum is set during the initial repair to facilitate multiple remanufacturing operations without damaging the original frame, featuring a small welding amount, minimal deformation and stress. The equipment performance is equivalent to that of the original equipment, achieving over 90% performance at approximately 35% of the cost of new equipment, thus fulfilling the goal of reducing overall maintenance costs.
