Technical Features: The spline section of the spline shaft is annealed. Specialized welding materials containing appropriate alloy components such as nickel, manganese, molybdenum and niobium are used to perform layered cladding on the worn spline surface with dedicated cladding equipment. Remanufacturing machining is then carried out using special cutting tools to restore it to its original designed dimensions. This alloy welding material features excellent crack resistance and hardenability. After re-quenching, its hardness reaches above HRC43, and slice inspection shows a hardened layer depth greater than 2mm, meeting technical requirements. The cladding layer of the composite welding material boasts good formability, high density and low stress, along with favorable crack resistance and hardenability. Both the hardness and hardened layer depth after quenching meet the standards. The cost of this method is approximately 15% that of a new product, while its performance can reach 100% of that of a new product.
